The concierge service at the Magellan, Pitcairn’s luxury 168-unit residential property located in Manhattan, will begin offering ‘green’ dry cleaning through Greensleeves garment care.

Greensleeves\\\' entire dry cleaning process, from start to finish is completely non-toxic, safe for new born infants and people with allergies; it leaves no residue and is completely biodegradable. Advanced technology allows Greensleeves to use pure, clean water in precise, computer controlled conditions for \\\"dry clean only\\\" garments.

The Magellan’s concierge will offer dropoff and pickup services to residents beginning June 2009.
