Melissa FrostMFrost@PitcairnProperties.com 2006 Prior to joining Pitcairn, Ms. Frost received her bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Finance and International Business. During the summer of 2005, Melissa had an internship with the BISYS Group in Dresher, PA. At BISYS, Melissa worked for the retirement service and products division under a senior analyst where she maintained subscription services and online accounts, prepared and provided feedback for long-term financial planning, and tracked daily mutual fund investments. | |
Becky NitzkyRNitzky@PitcairnProperties.com 2007 Prior to joining Pitcairn, Ms. Nitzky received her bachelor's degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2007. Becky’s previous real estate experience includes working as a leasing agent for a 96-unit high-rise apartment building in Madison, WI, and as a commercial mortgages intern at Allstate Investments in Northbrook, IL, where she prepared direction capitalization and discounted cash flow valuations and analyzed new loan production opportunities. | |
Lauren ContinoLContino@PitcairnProperties.com 2008 Prior to joining Pitcairn, Ms. Contino received her bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Accounting. Lauren began her real estate experience as an intern for CB Richard Ellis, a commercial real estate brokerage. At CBRE she was responsible for developing and completing a survey of the downtown Harrisburg, PA office market. With her findings she compiled a database of the statistics and analyses. |
